We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. Front Office Receptionist Responsibilities: - Welcome the guests warmly. - Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times. - Maintains a friendly, cheerful attitude at all times. - Check the Document before running the night audit. - Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns. - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. - Teamwork and support other departments if needed. - Co-operate and coordinate with all other Departments as required. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Job Requirements: - Male - Worked experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role (hotel experience preferred). - Flexibility to work shifts - Positive attitude, good personality - Good communication skills, friendly - Good spoken & written English, other languages are plus... - Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet Email.
