Offline & Community Marketing Specialist (BuddyRosy) Location: Phnom Penh Type: Full-time (flexible) Reports to: CMO What you’ll do - Plan and run offline activations: pop-ups, campus tours, in-store events, booth setups. - Build and manage community programs: campus ambassadors, creator/UGC community, mini events. - Coordinate with partners (supermarkets, cafés, universities, event venues) for collaboration. - Handle event logistics: schedule, materials, team briefing, setup, and on-site execution. - Create simple event content: photos/videos, recap posts, stories, basic captions. - Collect feedback from customers and report insights (what people love, what they ask, what to improve). - Track results: attendance, sign-ups, sales impact, coupons used, community growth. What we’re looking for - Loves talking to people and can represent the brand confidently. - Organized and can manage many small tasks without getting lost. - Comfortable being on the ground (outside office) and working weekends sometimes. - Can work with vendors and negotiate basic deals (printing, booth, props). - Basic content skills (phone video, IG stories, simple recaps). - Bonus: experience in events, retail activations, or community building. Success looks like - Events run smoothly and look on-brand. - Community grows (ambassadors, repeat customers, UGC creators). - More people discover BuddyRosy offline and convert to customers.
