■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $250 - $500 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: including Fri-Sun ■ Work 8 h/d: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (current business operation hour 9am-6pm, 7.0 d/w) ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Responsibilities: ■ Manage and update the online shop platform, ensuring all product information, prices, and images are accurate and up to date. ■ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels, such as LINE, Telegram, and social media, etc ■ Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate shipment tracking. ■ Coordinate with the purchaser to manage inventory levels and ensure products are available for sale. ■ Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing strategies. ■ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotional campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. ■ Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the online shopping experience. ■ Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce to continuously improve the online shop's performance. ■ Investigate valuable new product and realize it by optimized sourcing and product development ■ Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and website analytics to provide insights and recommendations to management. ■ Supervise operator and improve each process in practical way to make the service more profitable operation ■ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, other stakeholders to develop our business and service *You'll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business such as marketing & research, sales, production planning, etc. ◉ Qualifications: ■ Eagerness to understand action policy and challenge for fulfillment ■ Imagination and hypothesis skills when you're working ■ Have a Bachelor's Degree ■ Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) ■ A good command of English ■ Ability to logical thinking and independence ■ Positive, socialized, and good communication skills ■ Hard-working, self-motivated, and fast learner ◉ Priority: ■ Marketing and Sales experience ■ Achieving target by leading a team with more than a few members ◉ Benefits: ■ Develop essential business management skills. ■ Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. ■ Collaborate with passionate team members. ■ Competitive and results-based salary system. ■ Learn and apply global business standards. ■ Enhance English proficiency in a daily English language environment. ■ Office phone and laptop provided (To be confirmed). ■ Bonus for achieving goals. ■ Enjoy company parties and staff birthday gifts. ■ NSSF coverage provided. ■ Seniority payments twice a year. ■ Company evaluations conducted quarterly. ■ 1.5 days off per week and public holidays following Cambodia’s Labor Law. ■ Annual leave entitlement of 18 days per year.
