Job Summary The Operation Assistant supports the owner in overseeing daily operations of two convenience stores and assists with operational coordination at store with owner. This role focuses on monitoring store performance, staff discipline, stock control, communication with franchise corporate, and basic bookkeeping. The Operation Assistant acts as the ownerโs on-site representative when required. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Support -Assist in overseeing the daily operations of two mart stores -Check store cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency -Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and attentiveness -Ensure products are properly stocked, ordered, displayed, and within expiry dates - Report operational issues to the owner -Assist in communication with Franchise corporate regarding store matters - Support handling of customer feedback or complaints - Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking - Other duties might be assigned ๐ Job Requirements - Experience in retail or store operations preferred but not necessary - Responsible, detail-oriented, and organised - Hard working and honest - Able to work independently and follow instructions clearly - Good computer knowledge - Fast learning - Good perosnality to work with people English and Khmer required Willing to travel between store locations If you are interested in this position, please sendyour CV to mag****@gmail.comClick To Sent Email or send to telegram 015710xxxClick To Call Salary starts at $350 USD and will increase depending on experience and ability.
