Job Summary: The Operations Manager oversees daily auto repair service operations, ensuring efficient workflows, quality repairs, timely parts management, and superior customer service while leading teams and optimizing performance to achieve business goals. Salary Range 900$ - 1300$ Key Responsibilities: Garage Operation o Manage daily garage operations, including repair scheduling, workflow coordination, technician supervision, and compliance with safety standards. o Oversee parts ordering, inventory control, quality assurance, vendor negotiations, and budget management for procurement and expenses. o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, service feedback, and maintain accurate records for repairs, parts usage, and transactions. o Monitor key performance indicators such as repair turnaround times, inventory turns, customer satisfaction, and profitability metrics. o Lead and motivate service technicians through training, coaching, performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement processes. Sale outdoor o Manage outdoor sales operations for auto parts, including planning field visits, coordinating team activities, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring supply chain fulfillment to meet targets. o Track daily/weekly results, handle customer issues, and execute strategies to boost revenue from retail shops and partners while maintaining inventory and reporting. Qualifications: o experience in automotive repair garage management or auto parts service operations and Sale Management. o Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. o Excellent leadership and team management skills. o Ability to use garage management, inventory, and CRM software tools. o Good financial acumen and budgeting skills. o Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
