Benefit: US$450-600 / Month + other benefits I. Position Summary: The Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of barbershops, leading teams, and executing the approved business plan. This role involves supervising operation team, shop supervisors and barbers stationed at each operating shop to maintain smooth operations, ensure high quality of services and customers’ satisfactions. II. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of all shops to ensure smooth and efficient delivery service. • Monitor shop performance and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs. • Maintain high service standards through regular quality checks and corrective actions. • Provide bi weekly (or as requested) operational updates to the senior management. • Assess staffing needs and initiate hiring, restructuring proposals. • Lead and mentor shop supervisors and barbers to maintain a productive and quality-focused team. • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement training programs to strengthen compliance, service quality, and technical skills. • Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives and business plans. • Lead shop expansions, renovations, and other approved projects. • Prepare budget proposals for strategic projects while protecting company cash flow. • Identify operational and compliance risks and recommend solutions. III. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or specialized courses in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a supervisory role. • Good analytical skills. • Good leadership and team management abilities. • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
