We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Project Manager who can oversee both architectural and construction aspects of our projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, solid site experience, and the ability to manage projects from initial design coordination all the way to construction completion. The successful candidate will ensure that all design, quality, safety, and timeline requirements are met while working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 3–8 years of combined experience in architectural coordination and construction project management • Strong understanding of design processes, construction methods, materials, and site operations • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end project management—from design coordination and planning to site execution and turnover • Ensure architectural and construction requirements are aligned and properly implemented on site • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to maintain design intent and construction quality • Monitor site progress daily and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards • Manage project schedules, materials, manpower, and budgets to prevent delays • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions promptly • Lead coordination meetings, conduct site walkthroughs, and prepare updates for management and clients • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation and reports • Perform other tasks assigned by management to support overall project delivery Location: 📍 365 Office Space, Toul Kork, Phnom Penh Working Hours: 🕚 Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM 🕠 Saturday, Half-day How to Apply: 📩 Interested applicants may send their application via Telegram: https://t.me/+855965634512 or email at adm**@noi-db.comClick To Sent Email
