Job Description: Project Sales Officer (RAK Ceramics) Position Title: Project Sales Officer Industry: Construction Materials / Luxury Tiles Reporting to: Project Sales Supervisor Location: Phnom Penh (Daily travel to construction sites required) 1. Job Summary The Project Sales Officer is responsible for "field scouting" and brand promotion. Your primary mission is to identify active construction projects, visit sites to collect key decision-maker information, and introduce RAK Ceramics products to project owners and end-users. You are the "eyes and ears" of the company on the street. 2. Key Responsibilities Field Scouting & Data Collection: Daily travel to various districts to identify new construction projects (Boreys, villas, commercial buildings). Information Gathering: Visit sites to identify and collect contact details of the Project Owner, Site Manager, or Lead Architect. Location Reporting: Pinpoint project locations (using GPS/Google Maps) and report them daily to the Sales Supervisor to build the company’s project database. Product Promotion: Introduce RAK Ceramics’ latest collections and "New Arrivals" to end-users and owners on-site using catalogs and small samples. Relationship Initiation: Act as the first "friendly face" of the brand, building initial rapport with site guards, engineers, and owners. Competitor Monitoring: Observe and report which competitor brands (e.g., Cotto, Dongpeng) are already present on-site or being used by neighbors. Lead Handover: Successfully pass high-potential leads to the Supervisor or Manager for formal bidding and price negotiation. Job Requirements 1. Qualifications & Experience Education: High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Construction, or related fields. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, door-to-door promotion, or construction site work. Vehicle: Must have own motorbike and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites daily. 2. Skills & Competencies Communication: Friendly and confident personality; able to talk to anyone from a construction worker to a wealthy property owner. Navigation & Tech: Ability to use Smartphone apps (Telegram, Google Maps, and Camera) to send real-time reports and locations to the office. Persuasion: Able to quickly explain why RAK Ceramics (a UAE premium brand) is a better choice than cheaper local alternatives. Language: Fluent Khmer; basic English is an advantage (for reading product names and catalogs).
