Working Conditions: -Monday to Saturday (Full) -Holiday: Follow Labor Law -Location: Near Soriya Shopping Center (Phnom Penh) Job Summary – Purchasing Officer The Purchasing Officer handles sourcing and purchasing of kitchen appliances, cabinets, and related materials, while coordinating logistics, import documentation, customs clearance, and import tax compliance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities -Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from local and overseas suppliers -Manage suppliers, issue POs, and control costs and inventory levels -Coordinate logistics, shipping, and inbound deliveries -Handle import documentation, customs clearance, HS codes, and import tax payments -Maintain purchasing records and coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field -2–3 years’ experience in purchasing and logistics -Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance -Good negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills
