Job Description The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a warm and professional first impression. This position is responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, guest requests, reservations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the guest’s stay. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner • Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments • Answer phone calls, messages, and guest inquiries • Manage payments, billing, and cashiering procedures • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints politely and efficiently • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations • Maintain accurate guest records and update the system regularly • Promote hotel services and facilities (Sky Bar, spa, shop, tours, etc.) • Prepare shift handover reports and follow front office SOPs ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or front office role • Good communication skills in English (Khmer required; other languages are a plus) • Pleasant personality with good grooming standards • Strong customer service mindset • Basic computer and hotel system knowledge • Honest, responsible, and able to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
