JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meeting potential customers and guiding them on tours of available property • Go on field to find customer for Leasing & Selling property • Display commercial and residential properties to clients and explain their features • Following up on leads for potential customers • Negotiate leasing & Selling terms and conditions and close deal • Preparing leasing & selling documents for potential customer using property standards and regulations • Finding resources for Lease & Sell • Making daily call in, call out reports and market information to supervisor • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. English level must be able to communicate with English speakers. 2. No experience is needed 3. MS. Office familiarity 4. Excellence communication and negotiation skills 5. Chinese Speaking is preferred (Not a must) 6. Honest, Gentle and Good physical ability 7. Flexible to travel 8.
