Be in charge of sales and customer development & service. 2. Be knowledgeable about the service and product. 3. Represent the company to participate in various events and join networking associations. 4. Directing and coordinating all sales & marketing activities & campaigns. 5. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service 6. Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion. 7. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with new, and existing customers and explore business cooperation. 9. Be knowledgeable and understand the company's products or services. 10. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. 11. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales. 12. Coordinate with different departments in the company. 13. Other tasks are assigned by the Head of Department. Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2. Cambodian Nationality and good at English, both in reading, writing, and speaking skills. 3. Experience as sales for at least 3 years. 4. Possess relevant business knowledge and experience in related industries will be prioritized. 5. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills 6. Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. 7. Sufficient computer skills. 8. Be suitable or socially acceptable in appearance and manners. 9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers. 10. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. 11. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 12. Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and best practices. 13. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome sales challenges. Benefits: 1.
