1. Develop an effective business plan and sales strategy that ensure company's sales targets and profits 2. Development of action plans to penetrate new markets, both local and overseas 3. Handle overall domestics rice related sales. 4. Contribute development of products, selling marketing strategies to growth advancement within the competitive industry. 5. Develop and maintain good relationships with all members and clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction 6. Ensure the company branding 7. Establish a monthly sales report and sales activities, including organizing a sale event/function 8. Assist in the representation of the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations if needed 9. Control the marketing development budget and delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget 10. Visiting customers and potential customers to identify needs or promote products and services, and develop solutions. 11. Other tasks assigned time to time by Management Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in the Sales & Marketing Management field. - Minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing (Having experience in the rice market is a plus). - Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage - Having very good presentation and communication skills - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements - Computer literate and report writing - Honest, responsible, hardworking, and flexible - Able to work under pressure - Ability to set effective targets and deadlines - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. - Good coordination and communication skills, and strong team management.
