Job Description A Sales Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the sales process. This includes processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and assisting both customers and sales representatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ๐ Key Responsibilities โข Order Management: Process sales orders via email or phone and ensure timely delivery. โข Data Accuracy: Check orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness. โข Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. โข Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to prepare monthly reports for management. โข Database Maintenance: Keep customer and sales records updated and organized. โข Team Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance, marketing, and customer service departments to support sales efforts. โข Sales Monitoring: Track sales targets and report deviations or performance issues. โข Promotional Support: Assist with trade shows, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities. โข Administrative Tasks: Help with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense reports for the sales team
