-Sales Target Commitment: Commit to and achieve the assigned Sales Target. -Customer Engagement: Drive high-quality customer engagement to build and maintain relationships. -Daily Activity Report: Update daily sales activities and results (calls, meetings, leads) in the designated reporting system. -Weekly Progress Report: Submit a weekly report summarizing current progress, pipeline status, and plans for the upcoming week, including details on contracts, deliveries, ongoing deals, and new quotations. -Monthly Review & Planning: Provide a comprehensive monthly review of results achieved and objectives set for the following month. -Customer Profile Maintenance: Maintain and update customer profiles daily within the sales report form and review these profiles regularly with the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager. -Win/Loss Analysis: Report on customer wins and losses within the sales report form to aid in performance analysis. -SOP Adherence: Strictly adhere to the Standard Sales Operation Procedure (SOP), ensuring consistent and timely follow-up from initial contact to post-delivery service. -Strategic Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate strong business relationships with key accounts to establish long-term, strategic partnerships. -Brand and Network Enhancement: Attend social events and engagement activities to enhance brand visibility, expand the professional network, and identify new sales opportunities. -Other task assigned by management.
