Job Responsibility • Promote and sell products in IT goods (i.e., PC, Server, Storage, Networking, Security, UPS, Printer, Projector, CCTV, and projects) • Listen to customers’ requirements and present appropriately to make sales • Negotiate price, costs, specifications, and delivery schedule • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via phone, or email • Maintain sales growth and hit the target • Coordinate service and troubleshooting issues related to the responsible clients • Collect, analyze, and report all relevant market information Job Requirement • Product knowledge in electronic IT goods • Flexibility, Responsibility, Willingness, and Honesty • Must have at least one year working experience in sales • Good spoken and written English • Good at following up with clients • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills • Preferably to have their own transportation and be willing to travel • Be able to prepare tender and legal documents related to clients’ issues/requirements • Good at converting customer requirements to company-authorized products • Know the competitive products and reaction market prices • Self-motivated and confident • Be able to work as a team.
