DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS: 1. Identify prospect and potential clients in hospital, clinic and doctors regularly. 2. Cold calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients. 3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients 4. Track existing clients’ sales performance and making up sales and cross sales 5. Willing to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. 6. Follow up on clients’ needs, complaints, and requests. 7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and laboratory new test/services launches 8. Prepare monthly sales plan and target breakdown. 9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to manager 10. Mentor, coach, and support sales representative. 11. Work closely with sales team, customer service, logistics, technical team 12. Participate in training sessions, product meetings, and team strategy discussions. 13. Manage other tasks assigned by line manager PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCE Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attitude 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; a sales or business background may also be considered. 2. Experience: at least 2 years’ experience as sales outdoor, 3. Computer: Microsoft Office. 4. Language: English is good 5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory equipment, reagents, and services is an advantage. 6. Self-Motivated with an Ability to Work Independently, Honest and High Commitment
