Job Title: Fleet Sales Representative Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Fleet Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with fleet customers, including businesses, leasing companies, and government agencies, to drive sales of our vehicles. You will be expected to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and establish relationships with fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and leasing companies. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet fleet sales targets. Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective fleet customers. Negotiate pricing and contracts with fleet buyers. Collaborate with internal departments (finance, marketing, inventory) to ensure a seamless sales process. Track sales progress and provide regular reports to management. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any post-sale issues to maintain long-term relationships. • Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on fleet sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet management. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed. • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields. At least 1 to 2 years’ experiences in Sales consultant in Automobile Industry or other related skill. Basic knowledge on car structure and car Understanding of sales process based on customer type, understanding of customer’s needs.
