I. Duties/Responsibilities: - Sales Management & Target Achievement - Analyze sales reports and provide performance updates to the Sales Manager. - Collaborate in setting sales targets and KPIs. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. - Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges that may impact client relationships. - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance. - Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within target. - Actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals for key accounts. - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define sales territories and allocate resources effectively. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas and adjust sales strategies. - Track, analyze, and report on team sales performance against targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to submit to the Sales Manager. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. - Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's logistics and transportation services, pricing structures, and unique selling propositions. - Collaborate with the Customer Service and Admin teams for smooth order fulfillment. - Performs other related duties as assigned by line Manager. II. Required Skills/Abilities/ Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or B2B services. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is a plus - Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to travel occasionally for client visits or market exploration. - Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus
