Wastie Collection Co., Ltd Job Description JOB TITLE: SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER (2 Post) REPORT TO: IT MANAGER LOCATION: SIHANOUK VILLE SALARY RANGE: $500-$1000 Job Summary - We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer. This role plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Delightech’s digital lending platforms, internal systems, and core financial technology solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications Job Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web and mobile applications. - Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and databases. - Participate in architecture design and provide technical solutions for complex business requirements. - Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability in a fast-growing fintech environment - Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) - Optimize application performance for speed and scalability. - Develop and maintain APIs and backend systems using Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or other relevant technologies. - Integrate internal and external systems (payment gateway, SMS API, scoring engine, credit system). - Deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines. - Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews. - Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Business teams to refine requirements. Solve complex technical issues and propose improvements to system architecture. - Conduct unit, integration, and system testing & Fix system bugs and enhance system stability. - Ensure coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed. - Other tasks assigned by management. Qualification and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineer, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience of full stack development, software development or similar role - High proficiency spoken and written of English - Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development frameworks such as: Front-end: React, Angular, Vue. JS, Back-end: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET and Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle - Experience in working with technical team or engineering team - Knowledge of other web technologies and UX/UI standards - Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment - Stakeholder Communication – Strong collaboration skills to engage with IT, business, and executive teams - Problem-Solving & Innovation – Ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
