Job Summary: The Senior IT Officer oversees daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and software across the property. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining applications and hardware. Job Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. • Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT operations or similar roles. • Strong understanding of IT networking, systems, hardware, and software management. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience with property management systems or hospitality-related software is an advantage.
