Position Overview We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications, as well as conducting user research and testing to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users. Duties & Responsibilities • Lead UX/UI design for a POS system, encompassing mobile, web, and desktop platforms. • Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes reflecting strong usability and visual design principles. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product vision and design direction. • Ensure design consistency across modules, including payment integration, loyalty features, and analytical dashboards, to maintain a cohesive user experience. • Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to refine product experience. • Create and maintain a scalable design system and component library. • Translate complex business and analytical data into clear, actionable user interfaces. • Mentor designers and foster a strong UX culture within the product team. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. • Proven experience designing POS systems, payment applications, or enterprise SaaS products. • Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform design (mobile, tablet, web, and desktop). • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools. • Deep understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design standards. • Experience working with product management and development teams in agile environments. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to visualise and simplify complex data. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
