JOB DESCRIPTION: • Lead and manage the Solution Support team to ensure effective and efficient technical support for customers. • Develop and implement support strategies to improve service quality, response time, and operational efficiency. • Monitor and evaluate solution support performance to ensure service standards and KPIs are met. • Collaborate closely with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood and fulfilled. • Manage support resources, including budgets, staffing, tools, and equipment, to ensure optimal team performance. • Coordinate with the Sales team to meet customers, analyze needs, and propose appropriate technical solutions. • Provide on-site support for customer projects and oversee implementation as a project lead. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. • Prepare technical proposals and work with the Sales team to manage, negotiate, and close deals. • Organize and lead weekly meetings with all Solution Support teams to review performance and ongoing projects. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Manager. JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor's degree of Information Technology or MIS (Management Information System) • At least have experience two years in the management field. • Ensure positive candidate skills and experiences matches the title • Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously • Good command English and local language • Identify the areas of improvement or weakness in recruitment plans, strategies, and processes • Have knowledge of IT skill and experience in this field is an advantage • Observing and analyzing skills • Willing to learn new update technology • High responsibility, honesty, and a good attitude • Be able to work as a team • Independence, attention to detail, and experience with event
