Job position: Sales staff and Presale staff • Experience: 2 years or more (Hardware/Networking, IT – Software) • Industries: Business, IT - Hardware/Networking, IT – Software • Address: 6th Floor, Royal K Plaza Building, 234 Mao Tse Tong Blvd, Tumnob Tuek, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, Cambodia JOB DESCRIPTION: • Searching for new customers, expanding the customer database, and developing relationships with customers and partners. Taking care of existing customers of the company (If any). • Advising customers on the company's services: o Cloud computing infrastructure: Cloud Server, Cloud Storage, Cloud o Data Center Services: Server co-location, server rental, managed services, etc. Camera, CDN, etc. • Negotiate with customers regarding prices and contracts, finalize deals, and assist customers in signing contracts. • Proactively provide after-sales customer service and maintain relationships with customers. • Develop and implement business plans according to assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. REQUEST: • University graduate • Able to communicate well in English. • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Information Technology or IT equipment field. • Possess basic knowledge of servers, Cloud, data centers, etc. • Enjoy working in sales and interacting with customers. • Strong teamwork spirit, responsibility, and proactiveness.
