Warehouse Manager

Working Condition > Working hours: 8:00 - 12:00 to 13:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Saturday) > Benefit: Salary + NSSF > Public Holiday: comply with Cambodia Labor Law Job Description 1) Warehouse Operations Management  Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.  Ensure all goods are handled properly to prevent damage and loss. -Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. 2) Inventory Control  Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and perform regular stock counts.  Coordinate with the procurement and sales departments to ensure accurate stock replenishment.  Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures. 3) Staff Supervision and Training  Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals.  Provide training on warehouse procedures, safety, and equipment usage.  Evaluate staff performance and manage scheduling, attendance, and discipline. 4) Logistics and Coordination  Coordinate deliveries to retail outlets or customers according to schedules. -Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.  Support import/export documentation and customs processes (if applicable). 5) Safety and Compliance -Enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse.  Ensure all materials and goods are stored safely according to company and legal requirements.  Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. 6. Reporting and Continuous Improvement  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and KPIs.  Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.  Implement best practices in warehouse and inventory management. Qualifications 1) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (retail experience preferred). 3) Strong leadership, honesty, communication, and organizational skills. 4) Proficiency in inventory management systems (POS) and Microsoft Office. 5) Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and local labor regulations. 6) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
