Key Responsibilities 1. Financial & Accounting Management Bookkeeping & Reporting: Manage full-set accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Financial Statements: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and profit/loss statements. Budgeting: Assist leadership in budget preparation and monitoring departmental spending. Compliance: Ensure all tax filings (GST/VAT, Corporate Tax) are submitted accurately and on time. Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants. 2. Human Resources Management Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll, including statutory contributions (taxes, insurance, pension), bonuses, and reimbursements. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting job descriptions to conducting initial screenings and onboarding new hires. Policy Development: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and ensure company policies comply with local labor laws. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, performance management, and leave tracking. Training & Culture: Organize team-building activities and identify professional development opportunities for staff. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration. Experience: [5] years of experience in a dual Finance/HR role or significant experience in one with a strong working knowledge of the other. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Sage). Experience with Payroll/HRIS systems. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Soft Skills: High level of integrity and confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
