The AP/AR Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records of the hotel. This role ensures the timely processing of invoices, payments, billings, and collections, while supporting smooth cash flow and complying with company policies and local accounting standards. Job Description (JD) Accounts Payable (AP): - Verify, process, and record supplier invoices accurately and timely. - Match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO), Receiving Reports (GRN), and contracts. - Prepare payment vouchers and process payments (bank transfer, cheque, cash) according to approval matrix. - Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes. - Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. - Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments regarding invoice issues. Accounts Receivable (AR): - Prepare and issue invoices to corporate clients, travel agents, and other debtors. - Post daily AR transactions including city ledger, credit card, and bank transfers. - Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections in a professional manner. - Prepare AR aging reports and highlight overdue accounts to Finance Manager. - Assist in credit control and ensure compliance with credit policy. General Accounting & Reporting: - Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP and AR. - Support internal and external audits by providing required documents. - Maintain accurate records in the accounting system. - Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, accounting standards, and Cambodian regulations. - Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. Job Requirement (JR) - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AP/AR or accounting role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. - Experience with hotel accounting systems (e.g. SunSystem, Opera, or similar) is an advantage. ==> Interested candidates, please send us your updated CVs via: [email protected]Click To Sent Email (or) Telegram: 017658xxxClick To Call
