Job Summary The Assistant Operations Manager supports the overall daily operations of the mall to ensure smooth functioning, safety, customer satisfaction, and high service standards. This role assists in supervising operational departments, coordinating with tenants, contractors, and service providers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Operations Support • Assist in managing daily mall operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted services. • Support implementation of operational policies, procedures, and SOPs. • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, security, parking, and facility management services. • Assist in emergency response coordination and incident management. Tenant & Customer Relations • Support coordination with tenants regarding operational issues and service requirements. • Handle tenant requests, complaints, and operational concerns professionally. • Assist in ensuring tenant compliance with mall rules, safety standards, and operating guidelines. • Support customer service standards across the mall. Staff & Team Supervision • Assist in supervising operational staff (security, housekeeping, maintenance, customer service). • Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance follow-up. • Assist in staff training and discipline in line with company policy. Safety, Security & Compliance • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire safety standards, and legal requirements. • Assist in inspections, audits, and risk assessments. • Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures. Reporting & Administration • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. • Support documentation, incident reports, and internal records. • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
