The main daily duties and responsibilities are to be in-charge for the Inventory Control, Revenue/Account Receivable, Account Payable, Supply chain and others accounting tasks may assign from head department, include the following: 1. Inventory • Count and received the goods/material purchased and update in inventory list. • Prepare monthly inventory movement report. Update the movement of inventory including receipt/issue in inventory control list. • Issue the material to customer as per sale order and keep control filing of store issue note. • Perform weekly/monthly count of actual inventory and reconcile with control list • Maintain the inventory balance, notify and prepare purchase order for refill stock according to minimum stock. • Coordinate with HQ for the stock count. 2. Account Receivable / Revenue • Preparation of invoices for customer and update the revenue summary • Responsible for AR control and follow up for AR to be paid on time. • Prepare sale/invoices summary and posting to system. • Issue the receipt for client payment, posting in system and control list. • Maintain client data file. 3. Account Payable • Prepare payment request for approval and request payment from HQ. • Keep trace of AP balance and reconcile with GL. • Responsible for petty cash expenses and manage the petty cash float. • Prepare payment voucher with proper supporting doc and approval. 4. Procurement • Perform the procurement process, sourcing for supplier to get the material supply for warehouse and the Company. • Negotiate with suppler for the price and quality of require material. • Perform regularly comparison of supplier to find the best and reasonable supplier.
