* Key Responsibilities: I. Daily work 1. Bill purchase invoice or invoice from other department into Served system 2. Record daily transaction in and out of bank statement 3. Control and prepare petty cash 4. Clear petty cash of purchase advance 5. Count cash sale with cashier 6. Check Visa or Master card AR with ABA bank 7. Create payment voucher for supplier that we have to pay immediately 8. Update bank book 9. Issue sale invoice & sent to supplier (if have) II. Weekly work 1. Check AR of Food panda and Wing weekly report for them to clear AR 2. Prepare weekly account payable list to GM 3. Request for approval from GM before make any payment in bank transfer 4. Deposit cash sale to bank weekly for MST & Chip Mong Kin Khao271 5. Withdraw cash from bank (Petty cash of account department control) III. Monthly work 1. Check and compare supplier statement with our AP in system 2. Check & clear AR with App (Grab, WOWNOW, E-Get and Nham24) 3. Prepare pending AP that we did not pay in 4th Week of last month 4. Issue Cheque for supplier that don't accept from bank transfer 5. Prepare document for Accounting Supervisor for declare monthly tax 6. Check stock end of month 7. Update List Fixed Asset
