Job Purpose: Lead and control group cash management, funding, risk management, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity, financial stability, and optimal use of funds. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and monitor group cash flow forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly). • Maintain banking relationships and documentation. • Monitor company liquidity and capital adequacy. • Monitor loan repayments, interests, and overdrafts. • Prepare cash forecast and funding requirements. • Supervise cash collection and deposits. • Review payment requests and compliance with authorization rules. • Ensure bank accounts and balances are reconciled. • Lead borrowing facilities, loan negotiations, and overdraft management. • Oversee treasury reporting to Finance / Top Managements. • Supervise Cashiers and Collectors. • Other tasks, assigned by Finance / Top Managements. Key Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial management, treasury, or a related field. • High level of honesty and ethical standards. • Confidentiality awareness. • Authorization discipline (strict LOA compliance). • Segregation of duties. • No tolerance for unauthorized transactions. • Willingness to sign a fiduciary duty statement.
