Apply: Telegram 017771xxxClick To Call Key Responsibilities •Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy. •Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including tracking vendor invoices and customer collections. •Prepare payment vouchers, bank deposits, and petty cash reconciliations. •Maintain financial documentation for vehicle fleets (fuel logs, repairs, insurance). •Support monthly closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. •Filing and documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. •Assist with preparing financial reports for waste collection sites and routes. •Support data entry into accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent). Minimum Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. •0–2 years of accounting experience (preferably in the service or logistics industry). •Basic knowledge of accounting standards and reconciliation. •Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Skills & Competencies •Attention to detail and strong numerical ability. •Time management and ability to meet deadlines. •Team player with a willingness to learn. •Understanding of cost control is an advantage.
