Summary The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative, coordination and operational support. This role supports daily operations, vendor coordination, documentation, scheduling, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range: 250$ up Key Responsibilities • Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime (OT), allowances, and deductions • Prepare and issue pay slips to employees accurately and on time • Maintain and update attendance records, including daily attendance and attendance checklists • Verify and process OT claims, leave records, and staff timesheets • Prepare and manage internal staff support documents, such as: - - - OT forms Attendance checklists Leave forms • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and internal reference • Manage and monitor stock and inventory, including cleaning materials, chemicals, tools, and uniforms/ID Cards • Track stock usage and prepare replenishment requests • Assist with onboarding documentation for new staff and offboarding records for resigned employees • Liaise with supervisors and management to resolve payroll or attendance discrepancies • Prepare monthly administrative and payroll reports for management • Track inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of usage and replenishment Job Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or payroll-related roles • Experience handling payroll, OT, attendance, and stock management is preferred • Prior experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or pest control industry is an advantage • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and documentation • Good organizational and record-keeping skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic payroll systems • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Responsible, reliable, and well-organized • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Able to meet deadlines and handle repetitive administrative tasks • Good teamwork and problem-solving attitude
