The Loan Admin for Car Leasing manages the end-to-end administrative processes for vehicle leasing loans, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth operations from application to repayment. Salary Rang: 220$-250$ Key Responsibilities - Update GPS reports to track vehicle's locations and status. - Arrange fingerprint signing of contracts with customers. - Explain and coordinate contract contents and related terms to customers before they sign. - Coordinate changes to customer signing appointments. - Prepare and scan documents before filing and uploading to ERP system. - Deliver documents to the bank for further processing. Required Qualifications • 0-1 years in loan administration, preferably with leasing or auto finance experience. • Strong knowledge of lending regulations, attention to detail, and proficiency in loan systems, GPS App, ERP Systems and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication skills for liaising with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. Working Conditions • Full-time position. • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
