Job Purpose: -The purpose of building an executive position is to establish strong, strategic leadership within an organization that can guide its overall direction, ensure operational efficiency, and drive long-term success Responsibilities: -Assisting the building Manager on maintaining the defect list and liaising with main contractors CCO to ensure timely execution of repair and maintenance work. -Monitor and coordinate day-to-day building operations including Property Officer, Receptionist, Housekeeping, Security and landscaping. -Assisting the building manager in preparing building keys and well maintaining. -Perform regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues -Assigning tasks to property officer to conduct walk through the building common area to make sure all concerns will be proper maintain. -Well maintain the service provider to all tenants and fully support if needed. -Assist the Building Manager in maintaining a high standard of service delivery and efficient management, operation, and administration of the building. -Assist the Building Manager in devising an annual preventive program for all services in the building. -Report on duty at the building according to the employment terms and be on-site whenever required, regardless of the time. -Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance duties/activities with the maintenance team, contractors/subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, and local authorities. -Address operational complaints from owners/occupants tactfully and professionally and take appropriate rectification actions as necessary. -Ensure that all the contract service work is carried out according to the specifications in the contract. Job description -Ensure that the building operation system is fully implemented and complied with. -Conduct regular inspections of the building to ensure that the building fabric is maintained in accordance with the required standards. -Submit daily and monthly reports to the Building Manager on building operations, highlighting problems or defects that need attention. -Assist the Building Manager in devising House Rules for the building and ensuring that these rules are adhered to by all owners/occupants in the building. -Maintain an updated stock inventory of cleaning as necessary -Ensure that occupants are satisfied with the level of management. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as facilities management or engineering. -Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field. -Mature, initiative-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. -Strong leadership skills with critical thinking and result-oriented behavior. -Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience. -Proficient in using computers and possess strong written and oral communication skills. -Ability to resolve problems and queries quickly and efficiently. -Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Khmer.
