JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: KTV VIP Manager Department: Facilities & Operations Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Wisney Casino Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented KTV VIP Manager to oversee the VIP operations and ensure premium guest experiences in our entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with VIP clients, manage reservations and special requests, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high quality service. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in Chinese. Key Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of the VIP guest experience, from booking to post-visit follow-up. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their preferences and expectations are consistently met. * Handle inquiries, special requests, and potential complaints with professionalism and discretion. * Plan and execute VIP events, promotions, and exclusive experiences. * Monitor VIP room standards, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest level. * Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall VIP services and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment management (KTV, club, or luxury venue experience preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and retain VIP clients. * Fluent in Chinese (speaking and reading) * Professional appearance and demeanor, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Team-oriented, with leadership skills and the ability to coordinate across departments. Work Conditions * Full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. * Fast-paced, high-energy entertainment environment. * Open to any nationality, provided the candidate speaks fluent Chinese. Salary: $2,000 (Negotiable, can be discussed during the interview)
