SH Hotel is not looking for a “just do the job” front desk staff. Primary Responsibilities: • Frontdesk Handling & Guest Experience • Sales & Revenue Responsibilities • System & Admin Work ⏰ WORKING SHIFTS (ROTATION SHIFT) • Standard Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Morning Shift : 07:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Once Weekly-When Needed) • Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Necessary Once weekly) • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Necessary Once weekly) (Flexibility and responsibility are key for this role.) ✅ REQUIREMENTS • Basic English - Able To Read & Speak (Additional languages are a plus) • Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Photoshop/Email/OTA/Booking system/Reporting) • Able to work independently during shifts • Able To Take Up If Any Last Minute Rotational Shifts/Public Holiday/Weekends • Basic editing, Photo & Video taking, Photoshop (additional skills are a plus) 📌 EMPLOYMENT TERMS • 6 working days per week • Probation Salary: 280 USD (1 Month) • Probation terms apply (Any Resignation Or Walk-Out Within 30 Days – Will Not Be Paid) • Probation term (1st Week No OFF Day) • Immediate termination if KPI not Met - applies during probation • Salary revision subject to performance and confirmation WHO WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR 🔍 ✔ Someone who takes responsibility, not excuses ✔ Someone who can sell and is not afraid to close ✔ Someone who treats the hotel like their own business ✔ Someone who wants to grow, learn, and earn more This role is performance-based.
