Accountant role involves managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for real estate, including monthly closes and collaboration with property managers. Positions require 1+ years of experience, often in real estate or public accounting. Salary Range: 300 - 400 Key Responsible: o Close the monthly financial statements and ensure all supporting schedules are complete and accurate. o Review other relevant information and sign as the authorized witness on the daily income vouchers. o Verify daily income vouchers and record the transactions in the ERP system. o Reconcile collections recorded in the ERP system with those recorded in QuickBooks. o Prepare daily income and expense report and submit it to the bank statement group. o Coordinate payment collection and follow up on late‐paying customers. o Perform the daily closing of the IBA account. Required Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; advanced Excel, ERP System. o Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills under deadlines.
