2. Key Responsibilities A. Payroll Management a. Prepare monthly payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner. b. Verify attendance data, overtime, leave, and other payroll inputs from HR. c. Calculate benefits, deductions, bonuses according to company policy. d. Ensure compliance with Cambodia' s tax. e. Generate and maintain payroll reports. f. Maintain employee records for tax and compliance audits. g. Assist auditors during internal and external audits. h. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll files. 3. Job Requirements A. Education: Bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. B. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or payroll, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or service industry. C. Knowledge & Skills: a. Strong understanding of Cambodia Tax on Salary and Labor Law. b. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software. c. Good command of English and Khmer (both written and spoken). d. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. D. Personal Attributes: a. Honest, responsible, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. b. Good communication and teamwork skills. c. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 4. Working Conditions a. Based at the hospital head office. b. Standard working hours (Monday–Friday: 8am to 5pm) (Saturday: 8am to 11am) c. Occasionally required to support urgent payroll-related tasks during closing periods
