Role Description - Assist with monthly bookkeeping entries in QuickBooks under review of the Senior Finance Officer. - Support petty cash management, including recording transactions and preparing reconciliation summaries. - Collect, organize, and verify receipts and supporting documents from Head Office and branches. - Record client cash collections and bank transfers for review and posting. - Prepare internal payment requests and supporting documents for approval. - Prepare and issue invoices for Head Office and branches under guidance - Assist in handling cash return or invoice adjustment documentation when required. - Prepare basic financial summaries and reports as requested. - Assist in preparing payment vouchers and supplier payment documentation. - Maintain updated AR and AP listings for monitoring purposes. - Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation. - Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting systems. - Fundamental understanding of Cambodian tax and payroll processes. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. - Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and timelines. - High integrity and respect for confidentiality. - Basic English reading and writing skills are an advantage.
