๐ข WE ARE HIRING: AR Accountant (Female) ๐ Key Responsibilities Billing: Prepare sales invoices, progress billings, and installment schedules. Collections: Monitor aging reports and coordinate with Sales to resolve overdue accounts. Records: Maintain accurate AR records for property sales and rental income. Reconciliation: Perform bank and AR ledger reconciliations for month-end closing. Compliance: Ensure VAT calculations and internal document controls are accurate. ๐ Requirements Education: Bachelorโs degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 2โ3 years in AR or accounting. Skills: Strong understanding of revenue recognition and AR processes. Tech: Experience with Microsoft Business Central Dynamics is a plus.
