**DS Construction/Piling** Working hours: 7:30am-11:30am, 1:30pm-5:00pm Monday-Saturday morning ***Duties & Responsibility - Manage dialy accounting operation (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Cost, Inventory) - Prepare monthly financial statements and management report - Monitor revenue, expenses, and cost control processes. - Prepare and process payment vouchers, advances, petty cash. - Communicate with team leader/various staff to verify payment requests, advance clearances, petty cash usage, supporting documents - Ensure expenditures are properly documented - File supporting documents for all incomes, expense, and asset transactions - Assist in monthly bank reconcilations and cash flow tracking - Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. - Responsible for executing additional finance-related tasks as assgined by Team Leader ***Benefits - Insurance from the National Social Security Fund - Training opportunties - Annual leave based on DS Policy - Flexible working hours, if approved by Mananagement Team - Leave without pay if approved by the Management Team - Friendly, inclusive, creative, innovative, and supportive working environment ***Our Focus Safety: work safe to enjoy life Integrity: Be real.
