Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design development and shop drawing preparation • Strong understanding of interior fit-out and construction detailing • Experience working on commercial projects such as: Restaurants Retail stores Offices Showrooms or hospitality projects Technical Skills Required • Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory) • Knowledge of SketchUp and/or Revit is an advantage • Good understanding of: Construction detailing Material specifications Shop drawing standards Ability to read and coordinate architectural, MEP, and structural drawings Personal Attributes • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Able to work under tight deadlines • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced design-build environment
