Project Planning & Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications. Plan and organize site layouts, including setting out and surveying. Review schedules, delegate tasks, and manage project timelines. Technical & Quality Control: Provide technical advice and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications. Conduct quality checks, inspections, and ensure high standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise on-site. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation. Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations. Implement safety measures and maintain a safe working environment. Liaise with local authorities for compliance. Budget & Resource Management: Support budget estimates and monitor project costs. Manage materials and equipment inventory.
