Purpose of the Position: The Branding Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand strategies to enhance brand image, consistency, and visibility for company products in the trading industry. This role ensures all branding activities align with company goals and market trends while supporting sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels 2. Marketing Campaign Management • Plan and execute branding campaigns (online & offline) • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities • Manage brand calendars and campaign timelines 3. Market & Consumer Insights • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Monitor consumer trends, brand performance, and market feedback • Adjust strategies based on data and market conditions 4. Creative & Content Oversight • Oversee design, content, and promotional materials • Work closely with designers, content creators, and agencies • Ensure visuals and messages meet brand guidelines 5. Sales & Cross-Department Support • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams • Provide branding support for sales tools, POS materials, and activations • Support distributor and retailer branding initiatives 6. Budget & Performance Management • Plan and manage branding budgets • Track campaign effectiveness and ROI • Prepare branding reports and presentations for management 7.
