Salary range USD 600 - USD 800 Building Executive Responsibilities: As the Building Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all management operations and administrative functions of the Management Corporation (MC) for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to: Building Operations: -Supervise day-to-day property operations, ensuring seamless management and service delivery. -Budget Management: Oversee financial planning, budget allocation, and expense tracking for property operations. Tenant Relations and Communications: -Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and ensuring tenant satisfaction. -Emergency Response and Contingency Planning: -Develop and implement emergency response protocols to safeguard property and tenant safety. -Maintain Good Relationships with Residents: -Ensure consistent communication and build rapport with residents to enhance their living experience. Leasing: -Conduct market research to accurately set competitive leasing rates. -Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention. -Assist the sales team by supporting administrative processes and streamlining leasing procedures. -Collaborate with property agents to expand leasing opportunities and manage property listings, viewings, and related documentation. -Work closely with internal teams to optimize operational processes for property management. -Maintain detailed records of property listings, leases, and agreements. Maintenance: -Lead maintenance operations by managing both internal staff and external contractors to ensure top-tier service delivery. -Coordinate maintenance activities, including renovations, HVAC, and plumbing, ensuring adherence to property standards and tenant requirements. -Plan and oversee maintenance schedules in collaboration with teams and tenants, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met. Cleaning and Security: -Organize and manage outsourced cleaning and security services, ensuring vacant properties are maintained to high standards for showings and tenant move-ins. -Collaborate with cleaning and security providers to maintain quality assurance and manage schedules effectively. Recruitment Criteria: *Proficiency in English is mandatory. *2 to 5 years of experience in the Property Management industry. *Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. *Strong communication skills, particularly in dealing with local authorities. *Thorough knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements. *Strong administrative and documentation skills. Working hours: Mon-Fri 8: 00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM -1:00 PM Holidays: Following Cambodian calendar
