Job Summary: The Operation Manager will oversee daily operations of the auto parts repair service, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, timely parts management, and excellent customer service. The role involves managing teams, coordinating repair schedules, maintaining inventory, and optimizing operational performance to meet business goals. Salary Range: 900$-1300$ Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily production activities to meet output, efficiency, and delivery targets. • Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues. • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, defect rates, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. • Lead and develop production and quality teams through coaching and performance management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with a focus on production and quality. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Working Conditions - Full-time position. - May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
