Hiring for 2 pax Building Technician job descriptions: -Carry out daily inspection and basic maintenance of building facilities. -Attend to minor repair works (doors, lights, switches, plumbing leaks, fittings). -Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance. -Check and maintain air-conditioning, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems. -Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment and emergency lighting. -Monitor lifts, pumps, and building systems and report faults. -Follow preventive maintenance schedules and record all works done. -Assist and supervise contractors during maintenance or repair works. -Respond to emergency issues such as power failure, water leakage, or lift breakdown. -Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building regulations. Workplace: JS Tower under JS Group (JS Property International Co., Ltd.) Address: Preah Monivong Blvd 93, & St 322, Phnom Penh Working hours: Mon-Fri 8: 00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM -1:00 PM Holidays: Following Cambodian calendar
