+ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receive customer STO/PO and coordinate with warehouse supervisor for execution. • Ensure all orders are properly documented in WMS. • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues. • Validate inbound and outbound documentation (GR, Receiving Slip, DO, invoice support). • Track and report daily KPI (Order accuracy, inventory level). • Act as first point of contact for customer complaints or claims. • Coordinate with QA, fleet, and warehouse supervisors to resolve issues. • Escalate serious issues to Operations Manager with root cause and corrective action. • Maintain filing system for customer contracts, SOP, and compliance. • Assist with billing/invoice verification with finance. • Support audits and customer visits with data, reports, and evidence. • Ensure SLA obligations are tracked and reported. • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management + JOB REQUIREMENT: _ Years of Experience: +3 years’ experience of Warehouse Management. Logistics,CG, F&B _ Education: Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ex: SAP or others _ Computer’s program: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) _ Language: English _ Personal Qualification : - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective time management and prioritization abilities - Leadership and management skill. ⏱️Working hours: 8am-5pm 🗓Working days: Mon-Sat (Morning) 💰Salary: Negotiation 🔶Industry: Logistics Interested candidates, please submit your CV to: ☎️Tel: 0965358xxxClick To Call
