Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive cum Business Development Executive to plan and execute digital marketing strategies while actively contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand visibility, acquiring new clients, and supporting revenue growth through both online marketing and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, social media, email, and websites Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare performance reports Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing creatives and promotional materials Maintain and update website content to ensure consistency and effectiveness Business Development Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through digital channels, market research, and networking Generate and qualify leads and convert them into potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Conduct product/service presentations and handle client negotiations Support sales strategy development to achieve revenue and growth targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development (freshers with strong skills may apply) Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems) Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Target-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and performance
